What makes Karlson Therapy's approach different? It's not just about theory or surface-level solutions; my focus is on a holistic, strengths-based approach that emphasizes collaborative, measurable outcomes.

My approach is rooted in a combination of my deep empathy for my clients’ struggles (rooted in my own journey) and the practical, actionable tools that I know can help clients not just cope, but thrive. I blend evidence-based therapeutic frameworks with a goal-oriented, strengths-based approach to help clients achieve real, measurable progress—not just temporary relief.

My clients don’t just get therapy; they get a tailored roadmap to personal and relational success.

I’ve been down in the mud at different times in my own life, and I’ve found ways to get out. That's why I'm so passionate and strategic with my clients, getting right down in the mud with them to  show them that I understand what they’re going through, and I can support them in creating a strategy to find a way out that works for them. I truly believe that I can help people transform not just their present circumstances, but their legacies.
